Sustainability Fund: Ways to Support

£20,000-25,000 would cover the Fund for one year, including all support to project teams and funding for events in 2024-25
£10,000 would enable the delivery of 2-5 Sustainability Fund projects in 2024-25
£5,000 would enable the delivery of 1-2 Sustainability Fund projects in 2024-25
£3,000 would fund the £100/student bursaries given to each participating student in the Sustainability Fund 2024-25
£2,500 would partially or wholly fund 1 Sustainability Fund project in 2024-25
£1,000 would fund the 2024-25 Sustainability Fund events, including printing posters and catering for the final event in June
£400 would fund the £100/student bursaries for one project team(maximum four students) in the Sustainability Fund 2024-25
£100 would fund one £100/student bursary for one student participating in any 2024-25 Sustainability Fund project

The Ernest Hecht Charitable Foundation recently awarded a grant of £12,300 towards Westminster’s weekly Monday Classic Matinée event, helping to further secure the programme’s running costs for this year.

The Soho Poly is one of the last-surviving post-war fringe and alternative theatre venues. A seminal theatre space from 1972, it also has an earlier and equally fascinating musical and cultural history. This restoration will celebrate the past and engage the future of the space.

The Ignite Fund is a matched funding opportunity which gives all students at the University of Westminster the opportunity to apply for funding for projects and activities which help to ignite their employability and professional development.
Hardship Fund

Studying at University places a financial strain on most students but for some this burden can be even greater. The reality of coping with this might mean working long unsociable hours in part time jobs, reducing – or even totally prohibiting – their ability to wholeheartedly commit to their University experience.
